The SLUG Connector Kit from Bullet Cable- The Solderless Way to Make Your Own Cables
http://www.bulletcable.com and http://www.loop-master.com
You all know about my love for all things Bullet Cable… and it’s not just because I think they look super duper cool, but the cables are also engineered extremely well. I have had my white coily for probably about 10 years now, and the grime on it can prove it, and I have yet to have any problems with it. So, it is like a guitarist fashion statement, except that you are not sacrificing quality. It’s like their slogan says, “Expert Sound Disguised As Cool Stuff”
Anyway, I am doing a demo soon where I am going to compare several vintage Big Muffs. Being the tone suckers that they are, I needed to run them into a looper. So, I grabbed a 7 pedal loop from the good people over at Loop Master with a tuner out and a master bypass. Since I want to arrange all of the pedals neatly, I needed connector cables of a bunch of different lengths and I wanted them to be a 90 on one end, coming out of the pedal, and straight on the other so that they can run right into the loop. So, when purchasing my Seafoam Coily Bullet Cable, I grabbed myself one of the solderless SLUG Connector Kits from them because it looked pretty damn easy to do. You basically get cable, a hex key and some connectors. You cut the cable, loosen the screw on the side of the connector, shove the cable in, tighten the screw and boom…. one side of your cable is done. Repeat and now you have yourself a cable
Super Easy… I finished one in 39 seconds and I wasn’t even trying to go as fast as I could. If I can do it, then I know all of my DIYers out there could probably do it twice as fast as I could
So, if you find yourself in need of some custom length and superior quality cables for your board, give these a look-see.

Hi ya,
Great kit and I will be buying two of them soon. Thanks. BTW, what is the soundtrack to this video? It’s so corny I’d love to learn it.
